We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days after receiving your item.

Eligibility Criteria

We ensure that the exact product you order is shipped to you. If you mistakenly place an order and wish to return it, we do accept returns. However, since the mistake is from your end and not ours, a ₹200 deduction will be applied as shipping charges. Returns without this fee will not be eligible for processing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

Damages and Issues

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item as per our return policy and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
